Welleys is at the forefront of wellness innovation, offering at-home urine tests that analyze 18 biomarkers to provide actionable insights for healthier living. Our mission is to empower individuals to take charge of their health through advanced, accessible, and accurate testing solutions.

We are seeking a passionate Community Manager to join our team. In this role, you will build and nurture an engaged social community, manage social media platforms, and educate the public on longevity, wellness, and health.

Responsibilities

  • Build and foster a vibrant, inclusive online community across Welleys' social platforms.
  • Develop and execute strategies to engage and grow our audience, ensuring strong connections with users.
  • Manage Welleys’ social media accounts, including content planning, creation, and scheduling.
  • Write compelling copy and develop educational and shareable multimedia content focused on longevity, health, and wellness.
  • Monitor trends and conversations in health and wellness to inform social strategies.

Qualifications

  • Deep passion for wellness, health education, and fostering community growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and educational content.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using social media and community analytics tools.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a creative approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and train AI models tailored to Welleys’ wellness testing platform.
  • Create algorithms for image recognition and analysis of test strip results using smartphone cameras.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to process and analyze large datasets from test results.
  • Optimize AI models to interpret and adapt recommendations based on user-specific health data and wellness goals.
  • Develop scalable and efficient AI solutions for real-time feedback and insights.

Qualifications

  • Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience working with large datasets, including preprocessing and feature extraction.
  • Familiarity with mobile AI integration, particularly for image analysis applications.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and data privacy considerations in AI systems is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

We are now seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our partnerships division and forge strategic relationships with supplement and fitness companies, creating synergies that drive awareness, growth, and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and build partnerships with supplement brands, fitness companies, and wellness organizations.
  • Develop mutually beneficial collaborations to increase awareness of Welleys’ urine tests as a gateway to personalized supplement and vitamin sales.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment of goals and partnership deliverables.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop joint campaigns with partners to maximize impact.
  • Identify new market opportunities and innovative approaches to expand product reach.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of creating and growing strategic partnerships that drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with an ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Knowledge of the supplement and fitness markets, including trends and consumer behavior.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
